Using this site

Clicking on the links above will take you to our e-files in those categories. If you know your exact topic, use the drop-down menus to go directly to the page where your intended file is located.

The e-file directions in the Guide link directly to the topics above. For instance, if you see an e-file link that says Technology, you will find that under the Technology tab above.

If you still don't find what you are looking for, try our Search Box below that is accessible on every page on the site. Search for any term in the file.

What software you will need

Handouts and lessons on this site are in one of three formats.

Some are PDF files. These can be opened using the free Adobe Reader application. You can download it by clicking this button.

Some are Microsoft Office files. (Word, PowerPoint or Excel) You must be a licensed user of Microsoft Word and have it on your computer to open these files. On a Macintosh and iPad these will also open with the Apple applications, Pages, Numbers and Keynote

Get just one or get them all

On all pages you will have the choice of downloading just the file you want or a zip file that will contain everything on that subject.

For instance, under Curriculum>Caption Writing you can download just the Caption Lesson Plan and Assignment or you can download everything about  Caption Writing as a zip file. If you download the zip (compressed) file, we suggest you save it to your desktop and open it to use the files inside.
